Real Madrid are reportedly closing in on an agreement with Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernández over personal terms ahead of a potential summer transfer.
According to transfer insider Nicolò Schira, the Argentina international has reached a fundamental agreement with Real Madrid on a contract that would keep him at the Santiago Bernabéu until June 2032.
The reported deal would represent a major coup for Real Madrid as they continue to strengthen their squad for the future. However, any transfer would still require negotiations with Chelsea FC, who are under no pressure to sell one of their key midfielders.
Fernández enjoyed another productive campaign in 2025/26, making 52 appearances in all competitions, scoring 15 goals and providing seven assists. The 25-year-old remains one of Chelsea’s most influential players and is currently valued at around €90 million by Transfermarkt.
