Dundee United have completed the signing of Ghanaian goalkeeper Jordan Amissah, with the highly rated shot-stopper putting pen to paper on a long-term contract as the Scottish Premiership club continues its preparations for the 2026/27 season.
The move marks another significant chapter in the career of the 24-year-old goalkeeper, who arrives at Tannadice after gaining valuable experience in England and Scotland while steadily building a reputation as one of Ghana’s promising goalkeepers abroad.
The club confirmed that Amissah has signed a two-year contract, subject to Scottish Football Association approval and international clearance, with the agreement running until the summer of 2028.

During his time at Borussia Dortmund, Amissah was part of an Under-17 Bundesliga title-winning squad, gaining valuable experience in one of Europe’s strongest youth competitions.

Representing Ghana
