FIFA has imposed an indefinite suspension on Nepal from all football-related activities after determining that the country’s football association had committed serious violations of FIFA regulations involving third-party interference.
The decision means Nepal will no longer be allowed to participate in international football competitions at any level until the suspension is lifted. The punishment affects both the national teams and club sides, while also preventing the country’s football authorities from accessing FIFA and Asian Football Confederation (AFC) development programs and financial support.
